Delete your account

Permanently remove your Psicoespacio account and all associated data.

Option 1 — Delete in-app (fastest)

If you are signed in, go to Settings → Eliminar mi cuenta and confirm. Your account, profile, posts, comments, progress, location, and uploaded media will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can no longer access your account, email us from the address associated with your account. We will verify and permanently delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, name, username, bio, and avatar
Threads, comments, reactions, and uploaded media
Lesson progress, exercises, points, levels, and achievements
Location data and event RSVPs
Push notification tokens and session data
Your authentication account
